Qualification :  Second Class B.Sc (Agricultural)/ B.Tech. (Dairy Technology)/B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering)/ B.Tech. (Food Technology), M.Sc./M.Tech. in Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/ Dairy Engineering/ Food Science/Food Technology/ Processing & Food Engineering./ Post Harvest Engineering & Technology with OCPA 6.0/10.0 or 55% marks, Matric level certificate of Punjabi language.

Desirable : Exposure to Food processing, food quality analysis, working knowledge of computer applications, experience of working on analytical equipments and statistical analysis software packages.

Age Limit : 32 years
