Recruitment Description :
We are looking for 3-5 year experience customer service executives with excellent english skills and customer service orientation. The individual needs to be courteous and be willing to work on night shifts (if required).
Minmum education required is an undergraduate degree in BCom, Pharma. MBBS preferred. In case of Bcom, medical transcription course is necessary.
In terms of responsibilities you will conducting telephone based consultation and handling customer queries, complaints and other type of calls. In addition should be flexible to undertake digital document reading/testing activity.
