Recruitment of Incharges for RSETIs (Rural Self Employment Training Institutes) and FLCCs (Financial Literacy cum Counseling  Centres) on Contract basis – 2011-12

Pay Band: Rs. 25,000/- pm

Age Limit: Less than 65 years with sound health

Qualification: i)Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University Desirable: Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/Rural evelopment Officer/ Agriculture officers converted to Mainstream of banking/Lead District managers and Faculty leaders/ Faculty members of Training Centres/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Experience : i) Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which atleast 15 years in Officer Cadre.

 ii)He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for atleast 3 years.

 iii) He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the revious employer.

 iv) Should be well conversant with the local language.

 v) Should have retired from scale III or above

 vi) Should be resident of the same or nearby district.

Pay Scale: The Scale of Pay for Scale III is Rs. 25700-800/5-900/2-31500 with the total emoluments at the start of the Scale shall be Rs. 39270/- approx. + usual perks & benefits at Mumbai.
